Paul-Edouard Aubry
Paul-Edouard, a Commercial Engineer (Solvay Brussels School, 2003) and holder of a Master’s degree in Financial Management (Vlerick). He approaches real estate projects with as much passion as he tackles ski slopes. After his graduation, he quickly veered into the real estate sector to bring his skills to bear. At CBRE, he served as an Investment Adviser, guiding international investors for Belgium and Luxembourg. He then became Investment Manager at Fidentia Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of the CNP (Albert Frère’s holding company), where he was responsible for (dis)investment procedures and financial management. In 2011, he co-founded Eaglestone as Development Director, overseeing deal sourcing, acquisitions, and project management.
In 2014, Paul-Edouard cofounded Artone with Baudouin Mathieu. In 2023, he took over the leadership of the team, offering his colleagues daily entrepreneurial challenges, much like snowy mountains to conquer.

Grégoire Crucifix
Grégoire, a numbers enthusiast and avid runner, holds a Master’s degree in Management Science (Solvay Brussels School, 2014). His career got off to a flying start as auditor at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg. In 2016, he switched gears to join Celio International as a Financial Analyst & Consolidation Specialist. Four years later, he headed the financial control department at Besix Red (Senior Financial & Business Controller), becoming the lead sprinter of numbers and budgets. In 2021, he was promoted to Financial Director for Belgium.
In 2023, Grégoire took on a new challenge by joining the Artone team as Financial Director, bringing a breath of fresh air to the meticulous world of finance in the process.

Stephan De Grève
Game, set, and match for Stephan: he earned his degree in Construction Engineering in 2012 and quickly built a strong reputation at BPC. He skilfully navigated the management of commercial, office, or residential projects.
In 2023, Stephan brought his sparkling humour and expertise to Artone as a Project Manager. Always ready with a joke to lighten the mood on site or in the office, he proves that even in the serious world of development, there is always room for good humour and laughter.

Laureline Desmet
With a passion for travel, languages, and adventure, Laureline earned a degree in Tourism and Leisure (CPSU, Brussels) in 2004 and explored various roles in tourism entertainment and promotion abroad. She returned to Belgium in 2010 and joined the VisitBrussels team, first as Office Manager, ensuring that both tourists and the press were informed about events and activities in Brussels, then as Europe Direct Brussels Manager, where she managed a new project for the European Commission. In 2016, Laureline joined the Terrabio team in a human resources management role and as a wellness and prevention advisor (Level 3).
A convinced vegan and ardent advocate of animal welfare, Laureline brought her commitment and passion to Artone in 2022 as Administrative Support.

Nicolas Judkiewicz
A Management Engineer (Solvay Brussels School, 2008), hockey enthusiast, and numbers pro, Nicolas began his career at PWC, in charge of financial audits. In 2013, he joined the Deals Transactions department to develop in-depth skills in due diligence, financial analysis, business planning, and cash flow, particularly in the real estate sector.
He complemented this professional challenge with an Executive Programme in Client Strategy and Business Growth (Insead, 2014) before joining Artone as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2018.
For nearly 6 years, he played a key role in managing the company’s finances, always ready to score winning financial results.
In 2024, he took over as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in charge of acquisitions and disposals.

Arnaud Launoy
A Civil Engineer in Construction (ULB, 2012), Arnaud began his professional journey as a Structural Engineer in the design office of the Besix Group on assignments in Saudi Arabia and France. In 2014, he became Technical Office Engineer with Jacques Delens enterprises (Besix Group) and coordinated the renovation of several offices, car parks and underground structures, turning these spaces into true successes. In 2017, he became the site manager for several large housing, retail and nursery projects.
In 2020, Arnaud joined Artone as Project Manager. He draws on his expertise and enthusiasm to turn every idea into a concrete reality, bringing his know-how to build innovative and sustainable projects.

Rouben Matikian
With a degree in Finance, Business, and Markets (University of Aix-Marseille, 2016), Rouben climbs the ranks of the real estate world like he climbs rock faces. Finance, strategic processes, and IT are his mottos! After several internships in accounting and financial management at the Research & Development Institute, he left his hometown of Marseille in 2017 to settle in Belgium and work at Artone, where he has climbed the ladder of several positions: Business Analyst, Financial Controller, and now Finance & Process Manager. Rouben is our favourite Frenchman, stands always ready to bridge numbers and digital processes.

Céline Mertens
A law graduate, (ULB, 2009), Céline began her professional journey as a lawyer at the firm Simont Braun, assisting clients with real estate transactions and related matters (construction, civil, and commercial law). Upon completing the Executive Programme in Real Estate (Solvay Brussels School, 2013), she left the Bar and actively explored real estate projects by assisting a group specialising in residential properties. In 2016, she joined 2Build Consulting, a legal consulting firm specialising in urban planning and the environment, where she advised numerous developers.
Five years later (2021), Céline became Head of Legal at Artone, in a hybrid role that brings together her strengths: project management and legal supervision. When she is not negotiating contracts or preparing permits, you are likely to find her planning her next travels around the world.

Denis Noël
A passionate builder, Denis is an Industrial Engineer (ECAM, 2002) and a Civil Engineer in Construction (UCL, 2004). He laid the foundation of his professional career in 2004 at BPC as a Project Engineer. He negotiates contracts and manages subcontractors. In 2013, he became a Project Manager, reinforcing the construction sites he coordinates.
Denis became Technical Director of Artone in 2016, enabling our young company to lay down strong foundations thanks to his solid construction skills. Three years later, he took on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has since been responsible for supervising projects from design to delivery. With his extensive experience and undeniable passion for the profession, Denis is ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

Manoëlle Vroye
With a degree in interior architecture (Saint-Luc, 2000), Manoëlle began her career in Milan at Studio Arnaboldi and then gained solid experience as a customer advisor at Facq. She founded Dimmi Home in 2012 to advise and support her clients in their new real estate projects.
Since 2016, she has brought her skills to Artone to create commercial descriptions for projects, support sales, and help buyers make the best finishing choices. With passion and expertise, Manoëlle is here to transform your spaces into true works of interior art. You can rely on her to make your property dreams come true: she advises with empathy and efficiency.

Colin Wyème
Colin holds a master’s degree in Business Management (ICHEC, 2021). A passionate footballer since the age of 5, Colin plays in a team, whether on the pitch or in a company. He began his career at PWC in Brussels as an auditor, quickly demonstrating his skills in financial defence. In 2023, he was promoted to Senior Auditor, taking on the role of captain to lead audit teams to success.
In 2024, Colin joined the Artone team as Financial & Business Controller, bringing with him the team spirit and strategic vision that are essential for scoring goals.

Founder Paul-Edouard Aubry has been Managing Director of Artone since 2014.
He is a Commercial Engineer (Solvay Brussels School, 2003) and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management (Vlerick). He began his career at Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods). He then joined CBRE as an Investment Adviser. He continued his career as an Investment Manager at Fidentia Real Estate Investment, then as Development Director at Eaglestone, before founding Artone in 2014.
Valéry Autin
Valéry Autin has been a director of Artone since 2023.
He is a Commercial Engineer (Solvay Brussels School, 2001). He started his career at Deloitte and became CFO at Ascenscio and Immobel. He is currently CEO of Teychené and provides real estate investment advice through his company Val U Invest.
Géraldine Bernier
Géraldine Bernier has been a director of Artone since 2023.
She is an Engineer in Economic Sciences (ULB, 2007) and completed the Executive Programme in Real Estate (Solvay Brussels School, 2013). She began her career as a Senior Auditor at Mazar and then moved on to become Development Manager at Cofinimmo and later at AG Real Estate.
Marc Brisack
Marc Brisack has been a director of Artone since 2023.
He is a Commercial Engineer (Solvay Brussels School, 1984).
He was successively Head of Asset Management at AG Real Estate and then Managing Director at Ascencio. Until 2023, he was CEO of Inclusio.
Bérenger Drouin
Bérenger Drouin has been a director of Artone since 2023.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Works, Building, and Industry (ESTP, 2007) and a complementary Master’s in Real Estate Management (Paris Dauphine, 2008). He started as a real estate developer at Eiffage and then became Director of Acquisitions at Teychené. He is the founder of Codabel, Prisme Development, and Aguatierra.
Nicolas Lhoist
Nicolas Lhoist has been a shareholder and director of Artone since 2023.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (UCL, 2005) and a Master’s in International Relations (UCL, 2007). He continued his studies in Management (ICHEC, 2008) and also obtained a degree in Sports Management (École Polytechnique de Lausanne, 2009). He is the founder and CEO of TERO.
