Paul-Edouard AUBRY is a qualified business engineer (Solvay Business School, 2003), holding a master’s in financial management (Vlerick Business School, 2004). He has 15 years of real estate experience. He began his real estate career as Investment Adviser at CBRE. This role saw him advise international investors regarding their real estate investments in both Belgium and Luxembourg. He then became Investment Manager at Fidentia Real Estate Investment, a subsidiary of the CNP (Albert Frère), responsible for (de)investment procedures and financial management. In 2011, he helped establish Eaglestone. As Director of Development, he was responsible for deal sourcing, acquisitions and project management. In 2014, Paul-Edouard co-founded Artone SA with Baudouin Mathieu, which they have led together since.
Grégoire Crucifix holds a Master's degree in Management Science (Solvay Brussels School, 2014). He began his career at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg as an auditor. In 2016, he assumed the role of Financial Analyst & Consolidation Specialist at Celio International. Four years later, he joined the Besix Red group as a Senior Financial & Business Controller, taking responsibility for the financial control department, and in 2021 became the Financial Director for Belgium. In August 2023, he embarked on a new challenge and joined Artone as a Finance Manager.
Stéphan De Grève is a Civil Engineer in Construction (Ecam, 2012). Since 2012, he has accumulated significant experience at BPC in managing complex and large-scale real estate projects for commercial, office, and residential purposes. In August 2023, he joined the Artone team as a Project Manager.
Laureline DESMET, Tourism and Leisure graduate (CPSU, Brussels), completed many additional training programmes, including training as a level 3 well-being and workplace prevention consultant. She is also a standout member of the team as a result of her multilingualism which allows her to converse in English, Italian, Dutch and Croatian. She spent her early career in Belgium and abroad in different roles in facilitation and as a promotion representative, she joined BIP VisitBrussels in 2010 as an office manager, responsible for a team and for the successful organisation of events in Brussels. Her journey through BIP VisitBrussels progressed and she took up the role of Europe Direct Brussels Manager three years later to manage this new project in cooperation with the European Commission. In 2016, Laureline joined the Terrabio team in an HR management role and as well-being and prevention consultant. In 2022, she took on the role Administrative Support within Artone to support the administrative and operational departments.
Charlotte DOUMIER has a degree in architecture (Saint-Luc, 2008), having also completed an executive program in real estate (Solvay Business School, 2017). She has 13 years of real estate experience. She began her career in architecture with a firm in Brussels. Thereafter, she worked abroad for the Emergency Architects Foundation. Upon her return, she worked for several architecture firms while also working as a teaching assistant at the Université catholique de Louvain. She then joined architecture firm ETAU, where she would work for several years on substantial nursing home and residency service projects. In 2016, she became Project Manager at Fair Estate, where she would work on projects in partnership with BPI and Belgian Land. In 2017, Charlotte joined Artone as Project Manager.
Nicolas JUDKIEWICZ is a qualified business engineer (Solvay Business School, 2008), having also completed an executive program in client strategy and business development (INSEAD Business School, 2014). He has 11 years of real estate experience. He began his real estate career in 2010 with PWC, where he was initially in charge of financial auditing, notably for Belgian and Luxembourg real estate funds. In 2013, he joined PWC’s Deals Transactions Department, where he developed his knowledge of financial analysis, business planning, cash flow as part of due diligence on the purchase or sale of listed companies, financial institutions, private companies and equity funds (among others) within the real estate sector. In 2018, Nicolas joined Artone as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee.
Arnaud LAUNOY is a qualified civil construction engineer (Université libre de Bruxelles, 2012). He has nine years of real estate experience. He began his career as Structural Engineer with Besix Group for missions abroad (Saudi Arabia and France). In 2014, he became Technical Office Engineer with Jacques Delens enterprises (Besix Group) and coordinated the renovation of several offices, car parks and underground structures. In 2017, he became the site manager for several large housing, retail and nursery projects. In 2020, Arnaud joined Artone as Project Manager.
Séverine LEBEGGE has a degree in sociology (Université libre de Bruxelles, 2003), followed by further study in human resources (Université libre de Bruxelles, 2004). She has one year of real estate experience. She started her career as Training Officer at a health and social sector company (FASD). In 2008, she became head of the department for domestic care, where she was primarily responsible for project management, health policy and negotiations with unions. In 2018, she took her career in different direction by taking a home organiser training course, thereafter becoming an organisational coach, founding consultation agency ‘Do It Well’. In 2020, Séverine joined Artone as Administrative Coordinator, responsible for administrative coordination, human resources management and communication.
Finance & Process Manager
Rouben MATIKIAN graduated in Finance, Business, and Markets (University of Aix-Marseille, 2016). He completed several internships at IRD (Research & Development Institute), where he was responsible for administrative, accounting, and financial tasks. In 2017, Rouben joined Artone as a Business Analyst, then as a Financial Controller. Since 2023, he has been serving as Finance & Process Manager.
Céline MERTENS has a degree in law (ULB, 2009). She has 12 years of real estate experience. She began her career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar with Simont Braun, assisting clients in real estate transactions and other related matters (construction, civil and commercial law). After completing an executive program in real estate (Solvay Brussels School, 2013), she wanted to become more actively involved in real estate projects and left the Brussels Bar to join a real estate group specialising in residential property. In 2016, she joined a legal consultancy firm specialising in urban planning and the environment where she advised numerous developers. Céline joined Artone in 2021 as Head of Legal, a hybrid role bringing together her strengths of project management and legal supervision.
Denis NOËL is a qualified civil construction engineer (Université catholique de Louvain, 2004), with a further degree in industrial engineering (ECAM Brussels Engineering School, 2002). He has 17 years of real estate experience. He started his career at BPC in 2004 as a project engineer, responsible for contractual negotiations and sub-contractor management. In 2013, he became Project Manager, responsible for the completion of building projects, technical monitoring and the coordination and monitoring of architects and construction teams. In 2016, Denis joined Artone as Technical Director before being promoted, three years later, to Chief Operating Officer (COO), becoming a member of the Executive Committee.
Henri van de Werve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering (ICHEC, 2014), and subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Finance & Risk Management (UGent, 2016), as well as a postgraduate degree in Real Estate (KU Leuven, 2022). After an initial 3-year experience in Paris in a macroeconomic research position, Henri quickly shifted towards the real estate sector, which he is passionate about, by joining the Fidentia group in 2019 as a Finance & Investment consultant. Since June 2023, Henri has been serving as a Project Developer at Artone, actively seeking out new opportunities.
Manoelle VROYE has a degree in interior architecture (Saint-Luc, 2000). She began her career as an interior architect in Milan with Studio Arnaboldi. In 2001, she joined Facq as a customer adviser. In 2012, she founded Dimmi Home and became a customer adviser for private and new-build real estate projects (home staging, decoration coaching, etc.). Since 2016, she has advised Artone clients over their choice of finishing touches.
