We are delighted to have presented our future project, Juliet, to residents on Wednesday 28 June 2023.
Almost a year ago, we purchased the FIAT site located at 770 Chaussée de Louvain, in Schaerbeek, in partnership with the Brownfields group.
From the outset, we wanted to transform this site into a mixed-use development project comprising retail units, residential units as well as a facilities and productive activities area. After several months of consideration with different engineering consultants and two architecture firms, our team is now able to present a project outline to residents in order to hear their views and needs, before submitting our planning application.
