Just before our traditional summer break, we proudly announce you the end of our building work at The Nest, located right in the heart of Etterbeek.
Designed by architect Nathalie Vandezande, the building exudes understated elegance and quality. The development is composed of 4 different units (39 apartments /flats and 2 individual houses) set in a vast garden, a green oasis providing light and calm to the residents.
After a 2 year building projects, the provisional acceptance of the private and common areas started in June 2021. After receiving their keys, the first residents moved in.
This is the end of a big building site for Artone, developed together with Brownfields, a French ecological investment fund, the builder BPC and building experts Pirnay, Poly-Tech Engineering, Securisan, D2S and VDRT.
