The permit for THE CROWN project in Ixelles was given clearance this summer!
And as one piece of good news tends to lead to another: we are delighted to announce the marketing début for the project.
The Crown is a unique project for the new construction of STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, for social purpose, ideally located close to the main Brussels universities (Université Libre de Bruxelles – Vrije Universiteit Brussel). Close to 200 units will be built, including rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility and studios for students with a child. The entire project will be managed by Agence Immobilière Sociale Etudiante (A.I.S.E.) [Student Social Accommodation Agency].
